Template License (Digital Products)

You may:

• Use them in client projects or deliverables

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute templates (original or modified)
• Upload them to marketplaces (e.g. Etsy, Creative Market)
• Offer them as free downloads
• Claim the original design, code, or documentation as your own

This license grants usage rights, not ownership of the original source files.

Custom Projects

For custom website projects:

• Full rights and ownership of the final deliverables transfer to you once payment is complete
• You may edit, reuse, or build upon the work
• We may showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Note: You are responsible for complying with licenses for any third-party tools or integrations used (e.g., fonts, CMS).

Hosting & Domain Responsibility

We do not endorse or assume responsibility for your choice of domain registrar or hosting provider, nor for any associated fees, service interruptions, or technical challenges. You remain solely responsible for selecting, contracting, configuring, and maintaining your domain and hosting services.

Payments & Refunds

• All digital product sales are final; no refunds once files have been accessed or downloaded
• Custom service terms (including payment schedule, revisions, cancellations) will be outlined in your project agreement
• Late payments may delay service or incur additional fees

Support

• Template purchases include limited email-based support
• Most templates also include a Notion setup and customisation guide
• Custom project support (post-launch) will be defined in your package or agreement
• Additional support may be offered at an hourly or package rate

AI Disclaimer

Some features (like our chatbot) may be powered by external AI services, including Hugging Face. These services may process user input temporarily for debugging or performance improvement. Do not submit sensitive or private information through these tools.

7. Intellectual Property

• All templates, designs, and code remain the intellectual property of Asteria Codeworks Studio unless otherwise stated
• Templates and digital products are licensed for use, not ownership
• Custom-built websites: full rights and ownership transfer to you upon full payment
• Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Asteria Codeworks Studio offers thoughtfully designed digital templates and custom websites with features such as mobile responsiveness, SEO setup, and optional hosting/domain support. While we aim to deliver high-quality results aligned with your selected package, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes that depend on external systems or ongoing user management.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• Ongoing search engine rankings, visibility, or traffic increases (SEO performance is influenced by content strategy, competition, and algorithm updates)
• Ongoing website uptime, load speed, or server performance (dependent on your hosting provider)
• Future compatibility with browser updates, third-party integrations (e.g., CMS, plugins, fonts), or platform changes
• Compliance with evolving legal standards such as GDPR, accessibility (WCAG), or privacy laws—unless explicitly contracted as part of your package

What we do provide:

• Templates with clean, semantic code and SEO-optimised structure
• Custom builds with mobile-friendly layouts, meta tagging, and speed-aware practices
• Hosting and domain connection guidance (where included)
• Setup documentation and limited email support (or extended support as per agreement)

The client is responsible for providing accurate content, maintaining the website, managing third-party accounts, and ensuring legal compliance in their region. All services and digital products are provided "as is." Asteria Codeworks Studio disclaims liability for:

• Issues caused by incorrect implementation, user-side edits, or content updates
• Failures or disruptions related to third-party services or external platforms
• Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or templates

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer and assume responsibility for your website's ongoing performance and legal operation.

Privacy

We do not collect personal data via on-site forms. Information may be collected through direct email communication or third-party tools (e.g. Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA).

When you engage our services, we may collect additional project-related information through secure third-party platforms such as Tally. This may include, but is not limited to, project briefs, content, design preferences, and contact information. By submitting this information, you acknowledge and consent to its use for the purpose of providing the services as outlined in our agreement. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site or services in cases of misuse or breach
• You may terminate a service agreement per the terms outlined in your project agreement

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and relevant Australian legislation, including:

• The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
• The Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• General principles of NSW contract law

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales. By using our site or services, you submit to their jurisdiction.
